  • A Home-Made Christmas

Sixty Seconds with Judi Every year I make that promise to myself that I won’t get crazy over buying gifts for everyone. This year I am sticking to my promise! It has become so difficult to buy the perfect gift for everyone and let’s face it the last thing you need is another coffee cup.
  • The Joy of the Season

Sixty Seconds with Judi This weekend the Fall decor went away and I ventured to the back of the attic and found all my Christmas decorations. I can’t wait to feel that cozy Christmas atmosphere in my home. When my boys were young, we would begin to decorate our house the week after Thanksgiving starting
  • Thanksgiving

Sixty Seconds with Judi Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday. It’s not about gifts or spending money. It’s about family, friends and food all coming together in perfect harmony. • Tomatoes, Tomatoes the Versatile Fruit!

Sixty Seconds with Judi As summer comes to her final weeks, we are blessed with what I think may be the best, most versatile fruit of all; the tomato! You can pluck them off the vine and eat them warm in the summer sun. Grab some good bread, a little mayo and salt and pepper
  • Eat Fresh, Buy Local

Sixty Seconds with Judi I see these signs everywhere- Eat Fresh, Buy Local. I know this is a campaign to encourage folks to buy from their local farm markets. I understand advertising, I guess in a way that is what I am doing here. But, my question is why do we need to encourage folks
  • There’s No Place Like Home

Sixty Seconds with Judi This past week, my family and I were on vacation. We ventured up to the Pocono area. The drive was beautiful; country roads lined with fields of corn and farm houses.  We hiked and fished, went swimming and visited our favorite amusement park. We stopped in a Farmers Market for some
