Every party starts with a private hayride through our orchards and includes Pizza, drinks and cupcakes, corn to feed the animals, entrance to playland, tables in the shared reserved birthday party area and a party balloon.  Birthday farm themed paper goods are also included: cups, plates, forks, napkins, tablecloths and candles. Plus the birthday child will receive a free hayride ticket for a future visit!

• 1 giant 16” x 24” pizza

Please note: We may substitute round, 8 slice, 16” pizzas for each 16” x 24” pizza.

We are not able to host Birthday Parties larger than the 44-person package. If you are looking for a package that accommodates more than 45 people visit our group events page.

The cutoff to make any changes to your party is the Thursday before your party at 12 pm. No exceptions.

Hosts: On the day of your party, report directly to the Birthday Party Area to check-in. Please leave yourself time to greet your guests and prepare for your hayride. The wagon must leave promptly at the scheduled departure time.

Due to time limitations only 2 extras can be booked during your party.

Face Painter

Our painters can paint 15 faces per hour or more elaborately with fewer children.

$265 per hour, per painter.
2nd hour $100 per painter

10 days notice prior to the date of your party is required to add a face painter.  An additional $25 non-refundable deposit is required.

Train Rides

All aboard! Ride the Playland Express! An Allan Herschell 1865 Steam Locomotive that travels around a 1-acre track.

$5 per person

Only available on festival days in the Spring and Summer.  This is not a private train ride.

Straw Bale or Corn Maze- Available in September & October only.

$5 per person for one maze

If you would like to add this extra to your party you have up until the Thursday before noon prior to your party date.  This is not a private maze entrance.

Apple Blasters- Available in September & October only.

Ready, aim for the targets, and blast!  Recommended for ages 6 and older.

$15 for a bucket of 20 apples

We provide enough farm themed paper products for your party package! Along with cups and plates we supply cutlery and napkins.

Our Birthday Party Area is right past the Farm Market and Garden Center.

Please read carefully!

When you sign your contract, you are indicating your agreement with the rules.

• A $75 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due at time of booking, a 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to your deposit.  Your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, we will do everything possible to reschedule your party in the event of inclement weather or an unforeseen circumstance.
• Ten days notice and an additional $25 non-refundable deposit may be required per party extra.
• You have until noon on the Thursday prior to your party date to make any final changes, no exceptions.
• The party begins with your hayride, which must depart on schedule. Please check your contract and note your departure time. Two adults must be on the wagon for the hayride.
• As the host, you should arrive 30 minutes early. Please schedule your guests to arrive early and allow extra time for yourself and your guests in the fall; it will take longer to park and get to the party area.
• Linvilla does have staff on hand to assist you.
• The party time is 2 hours. Please be courteous about the amount of time your group uses the picnic tables, space in our Picnic Grove is limited.
• We have no indoor facilities, events are weather permitting, and rain dates are available.
• No alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Adding Bunnyland to Birthday Package

Available as an add-on to the Hayride and Pizza Party Package in the Spring.  Available March 16, 17, 23 & 24 only.

Available as an add on between the hours of 12 pm - 3 pm

• Additional cost is as follows:
  • Up to 29 people: $120 ($120 plus $675)
  • Up to 44 people: $180 ($180 plus $875)
  • not available as an add on for the up to 14 person package.

Does the party include adults?

The party includes the number of people for which we provide food, paper goods, and seating (Picnic Tables). It is also the number of people permitted to ride on the wagon. Remember, most parents want to accompany their child on the hayride, especially younger children, so please plan accordingly.

At least two adults are required to supervise the children on the wagon.

What happens if it rains?

In the event of inclement weather the party will need to be rescheduled; since it is an outdoor event. Linvilla will work with you to reschedule your party. No rain dates are scheduled in advance.

How many tables do I get with my party?

• Up to 14 People: 2 - 3 tables
• Up to 29 People: 4 - 5 tables
