What to know

Our packages include everything you need for a successful party!

Every party starts with a private hayride through our orchards and includes Pizza & drinks, corn to feed the animals, tables in the shared reserved birthday party area and a party balloon.  Birthday farm themed paper goods are also included: cups, plates, forks, napkins, tablecloths and candles. Plus the birthday child will receive a free hayride ticket for a future visit! 

Due to COVID-19, the Playground will not be open.

Hayride & Pizza Party Packages

72-hours notice, prior to the date of your party, is required to make any changes. No exceptions.

Hosts: On the day of your party, report to the Birthday Party Area or the Farm Market Office (as indicated on your contract) to check-in. Please leave yourself time to greet your guests and prepare for your hayride. The wagon must leave promptly at the scheduled departure time.

At this time; due to COVID and current restrictions we will not be able to accommodate parties larger than 30-persons.  This count is for ALL attendees; Adults & Children.  No exceptions.

We will start taking Fall Reservations beginning Tuesday August 18th at 9 am!

  • 1 giant 18” x 24” pizza*
  • 1 gallon of lemonade or apple cider

Up to 29 People $595

  • 2 giant 18” x 24” pizzas*
  • 2 gallons of lemonade or apple cider
  • Farm themed decorated cupcakes

 *Please note: We may substitute 2 round, 8 slice, 16” pizzas for each 18” x 24” pizza.

Birthday Party COVID Addendum

Due to space and current limitations regarding COVID-19 please read the following information carefully.  When signing the party contract, you are agreeing to the rules stated on the back of your contract as well as in the following Addendum.

Party Size and Guest Attendance:

Linvilla will be limiting the number of guests permitted at each party and will strictly enforce the guest in attendance to the party size you selected (14-person or 29-person).  The Birthday Child is not part of your count.   Example:  If you choose the 14-person package you will not be permitted to have any more than 15 guests total in your designated area during your 2-hour time limit.

2-Hour Party Time Limit:

Linvilla will be strictly enforcing the 2-hour time limit due to the cleaning and sanitizing of the party area for the next party.  Please be courteous and keep track of your allotted time and plan accordingly.

Masks & Social Distancing:

Masks are required in all locations at Linvilla Orchards.  Guests will not be permitted unless they are wearing a face covering.  The only exception is if you are seated at your table.  Linvilla requires a mask while on the hayride – no exceptions.  Guests are welcome to bring their own face masks.  However, masks will be available for purchase in our Garden Center. Guests under the age of two are exempt from the mask requirement.

Social Distancing will be enforced on our hayrides and train rides as the capacity will be decreased.  Family members and those that rode in the same car may sit closer, but the number of guests that get to ride the train could be decreased.  While in the Birthday Party Area we are asking you as host to have your guest self-social distance.

Playground:

Due to most of our playground equipment being wood and with its porous nature it is difficult to disinfect regularly.  We are sadly not opening the Playground until further notice so it will not be part of the party package.  We will be substituting with extra food to feed the animals.

By visiting Linvilla Orchards, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.  We have taken enhanced health and safety measures and thank you for your cooperation to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.  You must follow all written and verbal instructions while visiting Linvilla Orchards.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can leave to severe illness and death.  According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), senior citizens and individuals with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.  For more information, visit the CDC’s website.

Hayride Party Rules

Please read carefully!

When you sign your contract, you are indicating your agreement with the rules.

  • A $25 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due at time of booking . Your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, we will do everything possible to reschedule your party in the event of inclement weather or an unforeseen circumstance.
  • Ten days notice and an additional $25 non-refundable deposit is required per Party Extra.
  • 72 hours notice, prior to the date of your party, is required to make any changes. No exceptions.
  • The party begins with your hayride, which must depart on schedule. Please check your Contract and note your departure time. Two adults must be on the wagon for the hayride.
  • As the host, you should arrive 30 minutes early. Please schedule your guests to arrive early and allow extra time for yourself and your guests in the fall; it will take longer to park and get to the party area.
  • Because Linvilla Orchards does not have a party coordinator, you, as host, are responsible for planning your own party activities. Linvilla does have staff on hand in September and October to assist you.
  • The suggested party time is 2 hours. Please be courteous about the amount of time your group uses the picnic tables, space in our Picnic Grove is limited.
  • We have no indoor facilities, events are weather permitting, and rain dates are available.
  • No alcoholic beverages are permitted.

FAQ

Does the party include adults?

The party includes the number of people for which we provide food, paper goods, and seating (Picnic Tables). It is also the number of people permitted to ride on the wagon. Remember, most parents want to accompany their child on the hayride, especially younger children, so please plan accordingly.

At least two adults are required to supervise the children on the wagon and are included in the cost.

What happens if it rains?

In the event of inclement weather the party will need to be rescheduled; since it is an outdoor event. Linvilla will work with you to reschedule your party. No rain dates are scheduled in advance.

Adding Bunnyland to your party - Spring

Available as an add-on to the Hayride and Pizza Party Package in the Spring during the two weeks prior to Easter ONLY.

  • Parties can book between the hours of 12:30pm - 4pm on the days Bunnyland is running. 
  • Additional cost is as follows:
    • Up to 14 people: $60.00 ($60 plus $345)
    • Up to 29 people: $120.00 ($120 plus $595)
    • Up to 44 people: $180.00 ($180 plus $770)
    • Up to 59 people: $240.00 ($240 plus $960)
    • Up to 79 People: $320.00 ($320 plus $1,280)

Indoor Mini-Golf Packages January 11 - March 31

Our Fore! The Planet miniature golf parties start with 18 holes of educational fun and include entrance to Playland, corn to feed the animals, indoor picnic tables and a party balloon. Every guest will receive a coupon for a free round on a future visit. Plus the birthday child will receive a free hayride ticket!

  • Our Indoor Mini Golf Parties are available only in the winter between January 11th - March 29th, 2020. Indoor Mini Golf is closed the rest of the year.
  • The birthday child is included free!
  • Fore! The Planet party sizes are limited to 30 people.
  • All paper goods are also included: cups, plates, forks, napkins, and tablecloths. We even provide the candles!
  • The cake is your choice of chocolate or vanilla.
  • 72 hours notice, prior to the date of your party, is required to make any changes. No exceptions.

Hosts: On the day of your party report to the Garden Center to complete your payment. We’ll be there to greet you and your guests. Your party assistant will help you get set up, decorate your tables, and deliver your pizza and cake. Your party time in the Fore! the Planet picnic area is limited to 1.5 hours, however you can play in the playground and visit the animals as long as you like. This is not a private course rental; the course will be open to the public during your event.
