Birthday Parties

What to know

Every party starts with a private hayride through our orchards and includes Pizza & drinks, corn to feed the animals, entrance to playland, tables in the shared reserved birthday party area and a party balloon.  Birthday farm themed paper goods are also included: cups, plates, forks, napkins, tablecloths and candles. Plus the birthday child will receive a free hayride ticket for a future visit!

   

Hayride & Pizza Party Packages

Reserve your party package by calling 610-876-7116 Monday thru Friday during regular business hours.
Please note:  Fall reservations begin August 2nd.  Spring Reservations begin March 1st. 

The birthday child is included free!

The Thursday before 12 pm, prior to the date of your party, is required to make any changes. No exceptions.

Hosts: On the day of your party, report directly to the Birthday Party Area to check-in. Please leave yourself time to greet your guests and prepare for your hayride. The wagon must leave promptly at the scheduled departure time.

Up to 14 People $345

  • 1 giant 18” x 24” pizza*

  • 2 giant 18” x 24” pizzas*

*Please note: We may substitute round, 8 slice, 16” pizzas for each 18” x 24” pizza.

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to host parties larger than the 44-person package.

We require 10-day's notice prior to the party date to make a reservation.

Hayride Party Extras

Face Painter

Our painters can paint 15 faces per hour or more elaborately with fewer children.

  • $195 per hour, per painter.
    • 2nd hour $95 per painter

10 days' notice prior to the date of your party is required to add a face painter.  Additional $25 non-refundable deposit is required.

Train Rides

Our Playland Express chugs around in our animal area.

  • $4.00 per person

72-hour notice prior to the date of your party is required to add to party.  This is not a private train ride.

Straw Bale or Corn Maze
Available in September & October only.

Test your navigation skills to see if you can find the exit!

  • $3 per person for one maze

72-hour notice prior to the date of your party is required to add to party.  This is not a private maze entrance.

Apple Blasters
Available in September & October only.

Ready, aim for the targets and blast!  Recommended for ages 6 and older.

  • $15 for a bucket of 20 apples

Hayride Party Rules

Please read carefully!

When you sign your contract, you are indicating your agreement with the rules.

  • A $25 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due at time of booking . Your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, we will do everything possible to reschedule your party in the event of inclement weather or an unforeseen circumstance.
  • Ten days notice and an additional $25 non-refundable deposit may be required per party extra.
  • 72 hours notice, prior to the date of your party, is required to make any changes. No exceptions.
  • The party begins with your hayride, which must depart on schedule. Please check your contract and note your departure time. Two adults must be on the wagon for the hayride.
  • As the host, you should arrive 30 minutes early. Please schedule your guests to arrive early and allow extra time for yourself and your guests in the fall; it will take longer to park and get to the party area.
  • Linvilla does have staff on hand to assist you.
  • The suggested party time is 2 hours. Please be courteous about the amount of time your group uses the picnic tables, space in our Picnic Grove is limited.
  • We have no indoor facilities, events are weather permitting, and rain dates are available.
  • No alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Birthday Party COVID Addendum

Fully vaccinated customers are no longer required to wear masks.

Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated customers are strongly encouraged to wear masks indoors and should wear masks outdoors when in crowds or when close to others for prolonged periods.

FAQ

Does the party include adults?

The party includes the number of people for which we provide food, paper goods, and seating (Picnic Tables). It is also the number of people permitted to ride on the wagon. Remember, most parents want to accompany their child on the hayride, especially younger children, so please plan accordingly.

At least two adults are required to supervise the children on the wagon and are included in the cost.

What happens if it rains?

In the event of inclement weather the party will need to be rescheduled; since it is an outdoor event. Linvilla will work with you to reschedule your party. No rain dates are scheduled in advance.

Adding Bunnyland to your party - Spring

Available as an add-on to the Hayride and Pizza Party Package in the Spring during the two weeks prior to Easter ONLY.

  • Parties can book between the hours of 12:30pm - 4pm on the days Bunnyland is running.  We are only offering the up to 29 people package for this add-on.
  • Additional cost is as follows:
    • Up to 29 people: $120.00 ($120 plus $595)
