Cooking with Judi
Cooking with Judi has become a favorite of our guests and employees alike. Each month, Judi comes up with the most mouth-watering recipes that are not only good for you, but easy to duplicate! She creates a whole meal from appetizer to dessert that corresponds to the season or an upcoming holiday or festivity. Being influenced by her mother, her family and her friends, she is able to put together a meal that you can make in your own kitchen with simple ingredients, many of which are available in our Farm Market. Make it a girls' night out, a casual date night, or just a reason to get out of the house and do something different for a change. Which ever reason you choose, remember to come hungry! Gardening with Children
Every month, Miss Marcia digs deep into a different area of nature. She inspires children and their parents/ care takers to explore their surroundings. She encourages them to learn how plants grow, the importance of worms to our earth, how to keep our featured friends who don't fly South warm for the winter and the necessity of bees. Every class is hands on and, more importantly, fun for the family! With each class, the children will participate in a fun activity or create a project that will help them better understand the lesson Miss Marcia is discussing!
