Dive sheets MUST BE submitted by June 27th NOON. Dive sheets available to download from DIVE SHEETS.
Please email filled out and completed Dive sheets to [email protected] or drop off forms at Hidden Hollow Office by Noon on Friday June 27th.
Questions on DD use the FINA scores on our website. If there is an issue with your dive sheet you will be notified day of meet at check in. Additionally, if you need to change anything there will be an opportunity to do so at check in.
All divers required to complete a waiver Participant Agreement prior to diving.
