We ship via UPS Ground & Home Delivery in the continental US only. Orders received by 12pm will be shipped the same day whenever possible. Orders received after 12pm may also ship the same day, if possible, or the very next day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be fulfilled on Monday. Exceptions include orders containing baked goods that may need additional time and Holidays set by UPS. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. Shipping charges are subject to change. Rural areas and the west coast will incur an additional charge.
To ensure the superior quality of every order that we ship, all perishables such as fruit and bakery items must be shipped within a 3-day shipping zone. We may hold an order until after the weekend to minimize transit time.
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If delivery address is incorrect you will be subject to a $20 fee.
We may personally deliver boxes or baskets locally at our discretion for the same shipping rates charged. If more than one basket is going to the same address there will be only one delivery charge.
