What to Know

What better way to end our fall harvest season than with our annual Arts & Craft Festival! We welcome select local artists and crafts persons to gather and sell their wares. Not only does this spectacular event offer live musical performances you will get a chance to shop for that unique find by browsing a variety of handmade wood crafts, jewelry, photography, candles and more! Bring the family for a fun-filled day that everyone will enjoy.

Exhibitor Information

Applications will be open until May 5th 2026
Artists will be notified of acceptance between May 12th and May 15th.

Rules and Regulations

The show is 2 days of outdoor display from 9 am – 5 pm at Linvilla Orchards. You must commit to both days. The cost of the show is $170 for a 10’ x 15’ space.

Applications

Applications will be open until May 5th. Every applicant will be notified via email regarding acceptance to the show Between May 12th and May 15th.

Applications must be submitted online through TypeForm. If you are unable to complete the online application, paper applications will be accepted. Applications sent through the mail should be addressed to Attn: Art Show Committee Linvilla Orchards 137 W Knowlton Rd. Media PA 19063. Please note that even if a paper application is submitted a member of our team will enter your information into TypeForm to keep all applications together – when they do that, you will get a confirmation email.

Once accepted, you may pay the exhibitor fee through the link in your acceptance email or by cash at the Farm Market Office. The Exhibitor’s fee is nonrefundable.
We will not accept checks as a form of payment.

Acceptable Categories

Fine Arts, Craft, Painting, Graphic Art, Drawing, Stone, Wood, Fabric, Pottery, Glass, Metal Sculpture. All work must be crafted by the exhibitor and should keep with the overall family-oriented theme of the show.

Unacceptable Categories

Imported merchandise or sales representatives with franchised Food or drink items, offensive, or violent items. Plant or nursery items or wrought iron hooks. Participatory activities examples: Face Painting and Sand Art. Resale of wholesale items (buy/sell).
Exhibitors displaying unacceptable merchandise or merchandise not listed on the approved application will be asked to remove those items. Linvilla Orchards reserves the right to reject or remove any work or items deemed unacceptable for this show.

The Spaces

The spaces we provide are 10’ x 15’. You must bring your own display tables and canopies; electricity is not available. There will be no exceptions or changes to your assigned space.

Set-Up

Set up is Friday, Sept. 11th between 5 pm and 7:30 pm or Saturday, Sept. 12th between 6:30 am and 8:30 am. If you are not checked in by 9 am on September 13th you cannot exhibit.

Rain

In case of rain, a decision will be made the day before by 4 pm. Exhibitors will be notified via email. If the possibility of cancellation exists, please do not come to the show until you have confirmed that the show will be held. The Rain dates for the show are September 19th and 20th. Please note we will only use the rain dates if BOTH days are rained out.

All participants are responsible for their merchandise. Linvilla Orchards will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Linvilla Orchards reserves the right to deny any Exhibitor who does not comply with the above rules and regulations of the show.

Pumpkinland

It's not fall without a visit to Pumpkinland! Larger than life figures and scarecrows illustrate the legends and lore of the harvest season, local history and some of the many stories of pumpkins and apples.
