Linvilla Fall Statement on COVID-19

The Linvill family and staff are committed to our community and doing our part to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our employees, guests, animals and community continue to remain our top priority.

The fall season is upon us, and our Management team and staff continue to work hard at trying to make Linvilla a safe place to visit.  The safety of our customers and staff continues to be our deepest concern as more guests visit us this October during our Pumpkinland Festival.

Important Information you need to know before you visit:
This information will help answer most if not all your questions prior to your visit.   

Crowds:
If you are worried about crowds, we highly recommend visiting Monday thru Friday.  Crowds on Saturday’s & Sunday’s have been reaching capacity limit’s by early afternoon.

Masks & Social Distancing: 
Every guest over the age of 2 are required to wear a mask when visiting – no exceptions.  Along with masks we require all visitors to assume the responsibility for safe distancing and safe practice.  Our staff cannot be everywhere to police our visitors’ actions so be responsible for your safety as well as the safety of others.

Timed Tickets for Activities: 
We are requiring our guests to purchase timed tickets on our website prior to your visit.  We will not guarantee ticket availability if you wait until you visit; especially the weekends.  Tickets have been selling out.

In response to COVID we are only selling a set number of tickets for each time slot; however, you should still expect a line as we load events and check people in.

Timed tickets are required for the following activities:

Visit our Pumpkinland Page for dates and time availability.  We will not take tickets reservations over the phone.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL however for inclement weather you may transfer your reservations to another time.

All children over 11 months require a ticket.

You DO NOT need to make a reservation and/or need a timed ticket for the following:

Costume Parade schedule for October 25 – CANCELLED

All you can carry Pumpkins scheduled for October 25 – CANCELLED 
This event requires too much interaction between our staff and customers.  For the safety of all involved we had to make this tough decision to cancel.

Limiting the Number of Guests in our Farm Market & Garden Center:
Be prepared to wait in a line; especially on the weekends.  We are limiting the number of customers in our buildings to allow for safe shopping.  We are also asking guests to try and limit the number of family members to 2 family members to ensure all guests can get into the Market in a timely manner.

Liability:
This is a family event, please be respectful of people and property. If you are sick, running a fever, or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home until you are healthy. For the safety of our guests, firearms, weapons of any kind, and family pets are strictly forbidden. Guests who do not adhere to these rules for any reason will be escorted off the premises without a refund. Liability Release: By Purchasing a ticket and attending, holder and their guests, assumes voluntarily all risks, Hazards and Dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to COVID-19, a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), whether occurring before, during , or after the event, however caused or contracted, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims against Linvilla Orchards, relating to such risks.
