We are thrilled to be hosting the Winter Makers Market at Linvilla Orchards once again! We’re looking for talented artists and makers to join us in celebrating creativity and community for the holiday season.

Hours: Saturdays & Sundays 10 am – 4 pm
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from artists and makers creating Fine Arts, Crafts, Paintings, Graphic Art, Drawings, and other artisan goods. All products must be crafted by the exhibitor and reflect a family-friendly atmosphere.
Not permitted: imported merchandise, franchised items (Paparazzi, Pampered Chef, etc.), food/drink items, plant or nursery goods, wrought iron hooks, participatory activities (face painting, sand art, etc.), offensive materials, or wholesale resale.
Vendor Fees
- $90 per weekend
- $300 for the full season
Vendors may apply for individual weekends or the entire season. Acceptance is on a rolling basis, no later than three weeks after the application date.
Location & Setup
- The market is outdoors at Linvilla Orchards.
- Vendor spaces: 10′ x 15′.
- Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and displays.
- Electricity is not provided.
- Setup times: 7:30 am – 10 am Saturdays & Sundays
Weather & Cancellation Policy
- Weather decisions will be announced by 7:00 am the day of the event. Rain, strong wind, or extreme cold will result in cancellation.
- If cancelled, vendors may transfer to another weekend or request a refund (minus $10 administrative fee).
