Hidden Hollow Diving Clinics 2020 with Head Coach Jim Rightley
All Clinic participants must be current members of the Swim Club.
Signing up makes you eligible for swimming. Please write in “swimming” in notes at checkout if interested in both.
Join Jim Rightley at Hidden Hollow for the August Springboard and Platform diving clinic this year in lieu of the canceled competition season this Summer 2020.
Programming will follow CDC Guidelines-
Coaches will design the programming uniquely to best suit the ages, group sizes, and skill levels of the groups.
The clinic season will run Aug 1st – 14th, 2020.
HIDDEN HOLLLOW DIVING
- Novice: 9am – 10am
- Seniors: 10am – 11:30am
The skills to be cultivated include:
- Balance Techniques
- Core Training Exercises
- Warm-up Exercises
- Springboard approach techniques
- Entry techniques
In addition to cultivating these basic principles, all seasoned divers will be encouraged to challenge themselves to explore learning new dives. Especially those who are anticipating next High School Swim / Dive season!
