Evening hayrides offer groups a chance to enjoy the country for an evening of wholesome entertainment away from the fast pace of today's lifestyle.

The tractor slowly pulls the haywagon on an easy-going ride for approximately 30-minutes. Surrounded by rolling hills and tranquil orchards, the group can enjoy the stars, constellations and the moon away from the bright lights of the city.

Following the hayride, your group will gather around a blazing campfire for 45-minutes. The campfire is perfect for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows. Linvilla provides the fire, picnic tables, marshmallows, sticks & 2 gallons of cider per wagon. Feel free to bring hot dogs or other food. Food can be left in your cars during your hayride because the campfire is just a minute's walk from the parking area.

Cost: $175 per 30-person wagon
$275 per 50-person wagon

 

Important Information for Evening Hayrides:

When: Group Evening Hayrides are offered in the Spring, Summer and Fall on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. (Weekdays by special request.)

Time: Between the hours of 5:15 and 9:00 pm

We Provide: A 30-minute hayride and a 45-minute campfire, two gallons of cider per wagon, small cups, marshmallows, roasting sticks and picnic tables at the campfire site.

Capacity: The wagons hold 30 or 50 persons. If there are more than that, you must schedule a second wagon. We cannot overload our wagon.

Deposit: We require a non-refundable $25 deposit for each wagon you reserve.

Rules for Evening & Daytime Hayrides

A $25 non-refundable deposit is due within one week of receipt of your Contract in order to hold your reservation. Your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, we will do everything possible to reschedule your hayride in the event of inclement weather or an unforseen circumstance.

72 hours notice is required to make any changes. No exceptions.

As the host, you should arrive 30 minutes early to complete payment and gather your group.

Your hayride must depart on schedule. Please check your Contract carefully and note your departure time. You should request that your guests arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. They will need extra time to park on busy weekends.

Two adults must always be on the wagon for the hayride.
