Every party starts with a hayride through our fields & orchards and includes entrance to Playland, coloring books, corn to feed the animals, tables in the picnic grove and a party balloon. Plus a hayride ticket for a future visit for the birthday child!

Lunch includes enough for the group size: Freshly baked pizza, lemonade or apple cider and a specially decorated sheet cake (your choice of vanilla or chocolate) with a farm theme.

Birthday farm theme paper goods are also included: party hats, cups, plates, forks, napkins, tablecloths and candles.

Party invitations may be printed free from our website! Choose our Fill-In Invitation or Hand-Written Invitation.

Up to 14 People $245
1 giant 18” x 24” pizza (cut in 24 small slices)*, 1 gallon of lemonade or apple cider and a specially decorated 1/4 sheet cake.

Up to 29 People $385
2 giant 18” x 24” pizzas (cut in 24 small slices)*, 2 gallons of lemonade or apple cider and a specially decorated 1/2 sheet cake.

Up to 44 People $550
3 giant 18” x 24” pizzas (cut in 24 small slices)*, 3 gallons of lemonade or apple cider and a specially decorated full sheet cake.

The birthday child is included FREE! Larger Parties are available by request.

*We may substitute 2 round, 8 slice, 16” pizzas for each 18” x 24” pizza.

All parties must register with Linvilla and parties are not permitted at Linvilla without choosing a party package.

Important Host Information

On the day of your party, report to the Office in the Farm Market or the Birthday Party Area (as indicated on your contract) to complete payment and pick up the balloon and other party items. You are then free to decorate your tables, greet your guests, and prepare for your hayride. The wagon must leave promptly at the scheduled departure time.

72 hours notice is required to make any changes to your party. No exceptions.

Does the party include adults?

The party includes the number of people for which we provide food, paper goods, and seating (Picnic Tables). It is also the number of people permitted to ride on the wagon. Remember, most parents want to accompany their child on the hayride, especially younger children, so please plan accordingly.

At least two adults are required to supervise the children on the wagon and are included in the cost. Additional adults may attend the party, but no additional food, paper goods or seating is included.

Party Extras

Face Painter $195 per hour, per painter 2nd hour $95 per painter
Our painters can paint 15 faces per hour or more elaborately with less children!

Pony Rides $250 per hour, per pony
Exclusively for your group! Approx. 20-25 rides per hour. Available only on festival days or weekends in mid-September through October.

Train Rides $2.50 per person
Our Playland Express chugs around in our animal area.

Straw Bale & Cornfield Mazes $3 per person or $5 per person for both
Available in September & October only.

Campfire $50/ 1st 15 people -$25/ each addl. 15 people
Private campfire includes marshmallows & roasting sticks.

Fishing $10 per person
Your hayride will drop you off at the fishing pond, & pick you up at the designated time. Includes 2 hours of catch & release fishing, bait, rod rental & assistance to get you started. Available April thru August.

Pick Your Own Fruit $8 per person
Includes a hayride to the fields or orchards, picking instructions & either one qt. of Strawberries, two qts. of Peaches or two quarts of Apples depending on which fruit is in season. Available June thru October.

Costume Characters $100 per 1/2 hr.
Call for our selection of characters to help celebrate your child's birthday! Bring your camera to capture the fun! Available April thru August.

Party Extras available only when booked with your party. Additional deposit & notice required.

Hayride Party Details and Rules

A $25 non-refundable deposit is due within one week of receipt of your Contract in order to hold your reservation. Your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, we will do everything possible to reschedule your party in the event of inclement weather or an unforseen circumstance. Ten days notice and an additional $25 non-refundable deposit is required per Party Extra.

The party begins with your hayride, which must depart on schedule. Please check your Contract and note your departure time. Two adults must be on the wagon for the hayride.

As the host, you should arrive 30 minutes early. Please schedule your guests to arrive early and allow extra time for yourself and your guests in the fall; it will take longer to park and get to the party area.

Because Linvilla Orchards does not have a party coordinator, you, as host, are responsible for planning your own party activities. Linvilla does have staff on hand in September and October to assist you.

The suggested party time is 2 hours please be courteous about the amount of time your group uses the picnic tables, space in our Picnic Grove is limited.
