GARDEN CENTER

It is now easier to enjoy Linvilla Orchards all year round with the opening of our new Greenhouse and Garden Center. The 15,000 square foot Greenhouse and Garden Center is home to a variety of seasonal flowers and plants including beautiful annuals and perennials, full hanging baskets, fruit trees, rose bushes, shrubs, pines, Easter plants, Mother’s Day plants, mums in the fall and poinsettias in December. The Garden Center also carries the rest of your gardening necessities such as pots, mulch, and soil and decorations for each season.

The Greenhouse and Garden Center is the new home of Linvilla’s Pumpkinland and Christmasland. You can now pick your pumpkins when its raining or find the perfect Christmas tree when it’s snowing.

Many green features make the Garden Center environmentally friendly. The green features include an energy efficient geothermal pump to keep the greenhouse cool in the summer and warm in winter, a polycarbonate roof that provides great insulation and opens to control ventilation, a concrete floor warmed by water that is heated by a wood chip burner, shade curtains that block out the sunlight and conserve heat, high efficiency LED and fluorescent lights and an area to collect rain water to use for watering Linvilla’s plants.
